Behavior Therapist

Job Description:

Provide direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Be able to effectively manage a flexible schedule while providing services in both office, home and community settings. Provide education and support for families of children with autism. Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrate excellent time management, communication skills and work collaboratively with other members of the team and supervisors.


Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology or related field preferred. ABA certification preferred. Experience working with children on autism spectrum preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Other Requirements:

Have means of transportation, license to drive and proof of valid insurance. No prior criminal history.
